First Atlantic Real Estate focuses on properties or portfolios with gross capitalizations between $10 million and $100 million in large metropolitan markets throughout the United States. These markets are characterized by high transaction volume, price transparency, and liquidity.

First Atlantic Real Estate’s strategy is to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns in the value-add and opportunistic sectors. Target asset classes include multifamily, mixed-use, condominium, and office properties in prime locations or growing neighborhoods where the firm has observed positive demographic trends. First Atlantic Real Estate seeks to create value through renovation, repositioning, re-tenanting, and other property enhancements, or through ground-up development.

First Atlantic Real Estate’s principals have significant industry knowledge, experience, and relationships with key brokers, lenders, and property managers. This allows them to identify potential acquisitions, often before they are widely marketed. A wide network of financing sources, engineering consultants, architects, attorneys, and other real estate professionals assists in the due diligence process, and in consummating transactions. Post-transaction, First Atlantic Real Estate takes an active role in monitoring the properties and working to create value.
